The Reach Out Healthy Living Centre is situated at 206 Duncairn Gardens Belfast BT15 2GN. Our office is an administrative base for the organisation as all our community based health initiatives are delivered and facilitated in community settings and local schools across North Belfast.
We are very fortunate to have secured this space through the Northern Ireland Housing Executive Community Lettings Scheme.
ReachOut Healthy Living Centre is the trading name of New Lodge Duncairn Community Health Partnership (as of January 2023).
