Moving On/Transition Programme

The moving on programme has been designed to help Primary 7 children develop and build confidence and coping mechanisms to help manage stressful situations.

The online “Moving On” programme consists of TWO 50 minute sessions and will assist children to use positive thinking to improve their mental wellbeing and prepare them for the transition from primary to post-primary education.

This programme is available in both schools and community settings across North Belfast.
